Recruiting Consulting
Justin offers consulting sessions on a variety of topics. These topics include everything around the recruiting process or transferring. Put your list of questions together and let him guide you. These are a great option to ask Justin anything and get his advice.
Initial Meeting
After scheduling your initial meeting with Justin, you will be asked to fill out a form that will collect some basic information about the player. The information collected in this form gives Justin a good understanding of the player and your current situation. This form must be completed prior to your initial meeting.
Follow Up Meetings
After completing an initial meeting with Justin, follow up meetings can be scheduled to discuss the player’s progress and any other questions about the recruiting process. The family can schedule multiple follow up meetings throughout the recruiting process as needed.
Check in Call
These short meetings are designed to answer a specific question about the process. If the family has multiple questions that require more in-depth answers, a follow up meeting should be scheduled.
Player Scouting Report
Justin uses his years of MLB draft and college evaluation experience to give players and parents a detailed scouting report. This helps provide direction on areas of strength and areas a player needs to improve. This is an unbiased evaluation that leads to direction in the recruiting process and with development.

Personalized Recruiting Plan
The Personalized Recruiting Plan is a robust comprehensive assessment of a player’s overall recruiting profile. After reviewing the player’s video and information, along with the academic profile, you will meet with Justin and then create a personalized recruiting plan. Players and parents are walk away with clear direction and a PDF Personalized Recruiting Plan to help them achieve maximum results. What are the steps involved in building Your Recruiting Plan?
Step 1 – Purchase
Player purchases the Personalized Recruiting Plan through the website.
Step 2 – Information is Gathered for Player Evaluation
Immediately following purchase, a questionnaire is sent to the family via email to gather information on the player. Academics, player video, stats, etc…
Step 3 – Justin Completes Player Evaluation
Justin does an extensive evaluation of the player through video and other data review. This is thoroughly discussed on the video meeting with an opportunity for follow up questions. The written evaluation is included in the final Personalized Recruiting Plan that is emailed to the family at the end of the process.
Step 4 – Schedule Video Meeting with Justin & Family
This is a one-on-one meeting that Justin leads to better understand the player and their goals. He also provides insight on the player’s ability and the projected level. Justin also provides insight on schools and goes through his 7 key areas to find the right fit.
Step 5 – Justin Sends Personalized Recruiting Plan to Family
Following the meeting, Justin provides a written plan and recommendations for the player and family. This plan gives clarity and direction so families can be efficient in the process while saving time and money.

This 4 week interactive class takes high school baseball players (grades 9-12) through relationship-driven leadership. Students will learn how to become a leader who people want to follow, and how to have a significant impact on those around them.
The lessons learned will inspire them to be the best they can be in every aspect of their life, on and off the baseball field. Participants will be expected to apply what they learn as they go through the course.
Each class is limited to 15 students to ensure active participation. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion for use in resumes and college applications.
