What is Baseball Recruiting Confidential?

Baseball Recruiting Confidential (BRC) was created as a platform for Justin Musil, college coaches, college and professional players, and other leading experts in baseball to share their experience and knowledge. This experience and knowledge is an asset to players and families who will be or are currently going through the recruiting process.

Justin Musil founded BRC in 2018, after helping hundreds of baseball players achieve their dream of playing college baseball through Elite Sports Advising. Because of his unique ability to identify talent, and match that talent with the appropriate school, Justin has earned widespread respect across the industry.

It soon became clear that many players and families are struggling through the college baseball recruiting process, and there was not enough time in the day for Justin to personally help them all through Elite Sports Advising. BRC was created as a platform for Justin, college coaches and players, and other leading experts in baseball to share their experience and knowledge with those players and families who are stuck going through the process on their own.

I speak for many when I say this; his knowledge and honesty with players is valued very much in our profession.”

Adam Christ

“Justin’s ability to connect with college coaches, players, and families is second to none. He is well known throughout college baseball and can help players/families navigate the ever changing recruiting process. It is tough to find individuals like Justin that can evaluate at a high level and have the trust of college coaches around the country.”

Norberto Lopez

“BRC creates a tremendous platform on the national level for student athletes to find out about the recruiting process. BRC takes time to educate the parents on all aspects of the college process. From what recruiters look for, to how to respond to adversity, and even how to pick a college that best fits the student athlete. The commitment to educating the family that BRC brings to the table is hard to match.”
